Dr. Lokesh has been practicing pediatrics for over 30 years. He graduated from the Pediatric Residency Program at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Lokesh completed his medical school in India and postgraduate pediatric training in India and England. He has worked as a pediatrician in India, the Middle East, England and Ireland . Dr Lokesh is experienced in caring for sick and premature newborns. In 1994, he became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, an honor earned for his expertise in pediatric care. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr Lokesh earned His Masters degree in Business Administration , specializing in Health Care Sector Management and Policy from The University of Miami, in 2012. He served as chief of pediatrics at the Trinity Medical Center in Trinity and president of Pasco county Medical Association. He is the past president of Florida Association of Physicians of Indian Origin of Tampa Bay, whose main activities are Charitable contributions, promotion of Cultural activities and providing continued Medical education to the members of the Physician community of Florida.
Rupal Desai, MD
Dr. Desai graduated from New York Medical School and completed her residency at New York Medical College. She is a board certified Pediatrician and is well trained in the prevention and treatment of childhood illnesses as well as lactation.
She is the mother of two beautiful daughters and understands what it takes to be a professional and a mother at the same time. Treating patients and their children with love and compassion has become an integral part of the care Dr. Desai and her staff provide at A to Z Pediatrics.
Tarah Savino, MMS, PA-C
Tarah is a Board certified Physician Assistant who is highly motivated and strives to make the lives of children and their families better. She was born and raised in New Port Richey, FL.
Tarah graduated from the University of Tampa with a B.S. in Biology and obtained her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistanting at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
She is leading the Fit4All Kids Program at A to Z Pediatrics, a program that teaches patients and their families the importance of nutrition and exercise and helps in the fight against childhood obesity.
Tarah is a mother of two beautiful boys. She enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.
Dr. Monica T. Porcelli, MD
Dr. Monica T. Porcelli is a Board-Certified Pediatrician. Dr. Porcelli obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Summa Cum Laude, from Cleveland State University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. She completed her Pediatric residency at the Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, and has been practicing in Florida for most of her professional career.
Dr. Porcelli enjoys being the mother of two wonderful daughters. When not working, Dr. Porcelli spends time with her husband and daughters and enjoys skiing, biking. She has been traveling around the United States and the world with her family.
Dr. Porcelli strives to treat her patients as she would like her own daughters to be treated.
